It's nice that you take care of your parents, and your children and your always doing something for a friend when they need it. It's nice that your boss can text you anytime and he or she can always count on you. Make sure you PUT YOURSELF ON YOUR TO DO LIST! Set some time for yourself. Make sure you are are the most important person in your life. Treat yourself to something. My Sister-in-law who just had a baby a year ago and has spent every minute of the last year caring for him, just took a weekend packed her bags and spent the weekend at a nice spa,alone. My Brother told me she was like a different person when she got home. Recharge your batteries, put some energy into yourself. Balance in your life is important, I talk to so many singles each day that have lost that balance,taking care of everyone but themselves.
